i love my home.

There are some people who just don't understand decorating. It kills me to walk into someone's house and see bare walls and plain furniture. Your home should at least convey some sort of feeling, or be a hint of your personality.

I feel like I'm the polar opposite of these people. I love finding something for my home and knowing exactly where its place will be. I love painting walls, and I am not afraid of colour!  My home is a special place to me because of every ounce of time and detail I've put into it to make it that way.  Welcome to my little photo tour... take your shoes off, stay a while!

I just had to include that last pic because it's probably one of my favourite features in my house... part of my huge premium denim collection inside my closet. Am I crazy? Probably...

D and I started working on a new table creation this weekend. I will post about it when it's complete. Right now we're taking a break because D thinks I am insane for wanting this thing in my house. Boys *sigh* they just don't understand decor.

p.s. how cute is Bear holding onto his toy while he's sleeping? I almost squealed when I found him like that.
